Day 136 (3700 miles)

Greetings from Laguna Beach. My message was very short from Venice because I was only allowed 15 minutes. It was a dark rainy night. I never did find any place to sleep that night. I found a waiting room in a hospital, but the police ran me off. I tried to sleep in a park, but it was way to cold and wet. I got to ride on the La sub way, see Beverly Hills, and Hollywood. Venice was so dark and rainy. There were so many homeless people. I like Orange county so much better. I guess in a strange way I'm to Conservative for a place like Venice. After Christmas I'm going to pursue a bicycle with more vigor. I hope I'm not just wasting time here. I do try to stay in a constant state of prayer. Thank you all for your prayers and concerns, I hope all of us stay in God's kind graces. Your friend Daniel

Hi Daniel,

I was introduced to your blog by Charles Layman. I have been praying for you. Here is a church I know of (not personally, but through a friend) that you might check out if you are still in Orange County.

God bless you.

Steve
