Spring is on its way

HI, thanks for stopping by the site. I've been struggling with a little depression and some old bad habits that have resurfaced. It seems like when I stick around Grand Rapids I have a tendency to engage in behaviors that are self defeating. My mom continues to struggle with her cancer and I cook and clean for her and my dad.
